Martin Georgiev is procurator of “Alpiq Energy Bulgaria” EOOD and chairman of the board of Association of traders with electricity in Bulgaria. Before joining Alpiq he has worked as manager key clients in Aare-Tessin Ltd. for Electricity (Atel) at the headquarters of the holding in Switzerland. Before that he was Program manager in Uconomics. He has experience as a consultant in the liberalization of the electrical energy market in Bulgaria and specializes in the field of economy and management. Martin Georgiev is certified spot trader on the European Energy Exchange (EEX).
Vladimir Dichev is executive director of “CEZ Trade Bulgaria” EAD a daughter company of CEZ Prague. He joins the CEZ Group in 2006 as a Manager Business development and has the task to introduce the company on the open energy market in Bulgaria. Since 2008 he is executive director responsible for the trading and selling of electrical energy. He actively supports the establishment of transparent and liquid energy market in the country, the improvement of the legislation framework and regional market integration. During the period 2004 – 2006 he worked in Kozloduy NPP as part of the trading team, who realized the first energy deals. Before that he participated in the internship program in New Jersey, USA. He owns master degree on accounting from UNWE, Sofia.
