Atanas Dimov is Executive Director of Electrohold Trade EAD. He joined the company's team in 2013 to support its development on the liberalized electricity market in the country and the region. In the period 2004-2007 he worked at "NEK" EAD as an Expert on Electricity Market, and in 2007-2011 he held the position of Expert on Balancing Market at "ESO" EAD and participated in the creation of the regulatory framework for electricity market liberalization in Bulgaria. From 2011 to 2013, he held the position of Head of the Power Exchange Market Department at "ESO" EAD, where he contributed to establishing transparent and liquid energy market, improving the regulatory framework and promoting regional integration. He holds a master's degree in electrical engineering from the Technical University - Sofia. He is certified by the Center for European Programs of the American University in Bulgaria in the field of energy markets and renewable energy sources.
