This spring, 14-15 March 2016, the professional energy community from the Balkan region will gather in Sofia for a two day conference Energy Risk Balkans. The conference provides an excellent platform for exchanges, market operators, regulators and industry bodies to press the need for market reform and liberalization stress the impact of regulation and discuss the latest in market coupling, supply and demand dynamics and cross border trading in power and gas markets.
