On April 11, 2020, began the scheduled annual overhaul of the fifth reactor of NPP Kozloduy.
During the overhaul, the necessary repairs, maintenance of equipment and systems of the unit will be completed, as well as refueling of the reactor with nuclear fuel for the new 27th fuel campaign. The envisaged activities and modifications related to the long-term operation of the nuclear facility will be implemented.
It is planned that the planned annual overhaul of the fifth reactor will continue until the second half of May. The sixth reactor of Kozloduy NPP operates at full capacity.
