Due to a technical error, a mistrade by GEN-I, d.o.o., occured on the IBEX Day-Ahead market auction for delivery day 11.10.2018, with dimensions erroneously converted between comma and decimal, resulting in a mistrade entry of bids of 1000 MW instead of 10 MW, i.e. erroneous by a factor of 100x. Having requested IBEX to cancel our bid due to this mistrade within the timeframe and under conditions as required by the Operational Rules of the IBEX Day-Ahead Market (art. 49, 50, and 71), IBEX is investigating the possibilities for a re-run of the auction.

On the evening of October 10th, 2018, the Independent Bulgarian Energy Exchange announced that the recalculation of the Day-ahead market auction with delivery date 11.10.2018 is completed.
