Ministry of Energy proposes for public consultation the summary of the World Bank report “Bulgaria power sector: making the transition to financial recovery and market liberalization”. The report presents the key findings of the technical support and advisory services provided by the World Bank to the Bulgarian Energy Holding.
According to the Ministry of energy this document summarizes a sound analytical base and puts forward a number of options and approaches that can be taken into account by Bulgarian energy holding (BEH) and the public authorities when defining their policies and strategy for the financial recovery and full liberalization of the energy market.
